OffyApp does not create a binding purchase and sale agreement, does not replace attorney review, and does not guarantee property availability, acceptance, or enforceability.

Operational reminder
The current release uses Formspree for initial submission handling and local browser storage for draft saving. It is not a legal transaction platform.
